About Us
Because everyone deserves support that truly sees them.
Too often, we've watched families and support teams navigate a fragmented system where people become case numbers, behaviours are labeled rather than understood, and the path forward feels overwhelming and unclear.
We founded Clarity Pathways to change that story.
Combining our expertise in behaviour support, dietetics, neuroscience, and lived experience within the disability community, we offer integrated, evidence-based care that honors the whole person—not just the diagnosis.
What drives us every day?
The breakthrough moments. The newfound confidence. The families and teams who finally feel heard and equipped. The individuals who start to thrive when their support truly understands them.
We're not just running a practice—we're building a community where every person is valued, every challenge is met with compassion, and every step forward matters.
Our approach is different—and we think that makes all the difference.
We don't tell you what to do. We work with you, your family, and your support team to co-create strategies that fit your real life, values, and goals.
Our practice is grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and proven approaches—delivered with warmth, flexibility, and respect for lived experience.
Behaviour and nutrition don't exist in isolation. We understand how they intersect and affect each other, providing cohesive support across all areas.
Our goal is to equip you with skills, understanding, and confidence—not to make you reliant on us forever. We want to empower you to thrive independently.
Led by specialists who live and breathe the values of compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
Founder & Principal Practitioner
Advanced Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner | Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner | ACT Practitioner
Krystina founded Clarity Pathways to help families and teams understand behaviour through connection, safety, and compassion. Her work is guided by a simple belief: people should be known for their strengths and experiences—not defined by their challenges.
With a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Advanced Specialist credentials, Krystina integrates Positive Behaviour Support, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and Acceptance and Commitment Training within a neuroscience and polyvagal-informed framework.
Her approach? Collaborative, strengths-based, and jargon-free. She creates space where challenges are understood without judgment, and where families and teams feel equipped to make sustainable, meaningful change.
A Note from Krystina:
"The best moments in my work are when someone says 'I finally feel understood.' That's what I'm here for—to help you make sense of what feels confusing, and to build confidence in your ability to support the people you care about. You're not alone in this journey."
